Description What You'll Do

• Conduct a variety of clinical lab testsspanning chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyondadhering to established guidelines.
• Evaluate test results for precision, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and ensure lab apparatus is maintained and properly calibrated.
• Contribute to specimen collection and preparation procedures pivotal to testing.
• Thoroughly document processes, provide training to new hires or students, and help maintain the high standards expected of our lab.
• Create a tidy, safety-conscious workspace while complying with all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• Earned a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a similar allied health qualification, in addition to ASCP/AMT certification eligibility.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be acquired within a year of hire.
• Maintain current certification throughout your tenure with us.
