Stock Runner 

Part-time – Manhattan (x2 days a week between Friday to Sunday)

Jimmy Fairly was founded in Paris in 2010 with one clear ambition: create beautifully designed, high-quality eyewear at fair prices.

We launch new collections every six weeks and operate more than 180 stores across Europe and the UK.

In December 2025, we opened our first U.S. retail location in New York City, marking the beginning of Jimmy Fairly’s expansion in the American market. Since then, we’ve built strong momentum with growing brand awareness, high traffic, and an increasingly loyal local community.

As we continue expanding our presence in Manhattan, we’re growing our team.

The Role

As a Stock Runner, you are an essential part of keeping the team moving during our busiest periods.

You’ll work closely with our Sales Associates, Licensed Opticians and leadership team to ensure the right stock is available at the right time. From quickly retrieving frames for clients to keeping the stockroom organised and supporting deliveries, you’ll help create a seamless and efficient retail experience behind the scenes.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where being organised, proactive and responsive is key. You’ll play an important part in helping the team deliver an elevated client experience, particularly during our busiest weekends.

Support the Sales Team

• Work closely with the retail team during busy weekends and high-traffic periods.

• Quickly and efficiently retrieve stock, frames and products for the sales team.

• Help keep the team moving smoothly by anticipating stock needs and responding promptly to requests.

• Support the team in delivering a seamless and efficient client experience.

Stock & Inventory Support

• Keep stock areas organised, tidy and easy to navigate.

• Assist with receiving, unpacking and organising deliveries.

• Help locate, replenish and return stock accurately throughout the day.

• Ensure products are handled carefully and returned to the correct location.

• Support regular stock checks and help maintain accurate inventory.

Support Daily Operations

• Keep the stockroom and back-of-house areas clean, organised and efficient.

• Assist with moving stock between the stockroom and retail floor as needed.

• Help maintain a polished retail environment during busy periods.

• Be proactive, flexible and ready to support the wider team wherever needed.

What We're Looking For

• Fast, organised and reliable, with excellent attention to detail.

• Comfortable working at pace in a busy retail environment.

• A proactive team player who is happy to jump in and help wherever needed.

• Physically comfortable being on your feet and moving stock throughout the day.

• Calm under pressure with a positive, can-do attitude.

• Previous retail, hospitality or stockroom experience is helpful but not essential.
