Never cross state lines. This Laredo-based regional fleet keeps you 100% inside Texas, with dedicated planners who know your routes and $1,200 to $1,400 average weekly pay.
Pay
- Standard OTR mileage pay scale
- $1,200 to $1,400 average weekly earnings
- $1,000 guaranteed pay for your first 3 months
- Performance bonus program
- $15 stop pay, mileage rate applies for short haul
Freight & Route
- 100% Texas freight, no out-of-state runs, ever
- 80% drop and hook freight
- Dedicated planners, familiar routes with repeat customers
Schedule
- Work 6 days, off 2 days
- Home once a week
- Both day and night shifts, early AM driving required
- Weekends off not guaranteed, holiday work as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months verifiable tractor-trailer experience
- Must run on Texas hours of service
- Valid Class A CDL and current DOT medical card, 21 years or older
- Must maintain a high safety score and be crash-free
- Clean MVR and background check
- Must pass hair and urine drug testing
