In this dual-role position, you'll split your time between building financial relationships and supporting daily teller operations. From opening new accounts and processing consumer loans to accurately handling cash transactions, you'll support a variety of member needs while delivering an exceptional member experience. What You'll DoYou'll play a key role in helping members improve their financial lives by building meaningful relationships, uncovering opportunities to save them money, and recommending solutions that fit their goals. As an MRR, you'll serve as a trusted financial partner by:Educating and guiding members on financial products tailored to their needsProactively identifying opportunities to help members save money and simplify their financesOpening new accounts and onboarding while providing ongoing supportTaking and processing consumer loan applicationsSupporting day-to-day branch operations, including transactions and account inquiriesEngaging with members to build lasting relationships through in-person and phone interactionsCollaborating with team members and other departments to achieve goals What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone adaptable, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
