About the Position
Position Description
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week contract assignment in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) located in Bloomfield, IA . The PT will evaluate and treat patients to improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall functional independence while collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.

Requirements
- Active Iowa Physical Therapist (PT) license or ability to obtain prior to start
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current BLS certification (if required by facility)
- SNF or post-acute experience preferred
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
