Your Role

As a PRN Physician Assistant, you will work closely with collaborating physicians under an established APP Agreement outlining scope, privileges, prescriptive authority, documentation standards, and evaluation processes.

You will play a key role in:

• Providing trauma-informed, patient-centered surgical care

• Supporting quality initiatives, performance metrics, and risk-management standards

• Ensuring compliance with clinical protocols and regulatory requirements

• Contributing to a culture of safety, empathy, and excellence

Qualifications

Education

• Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program

Experience

• Two years of PA experience preferred , ideally in trauma, acute care, or surgical settings

Licensure & Certifications

• Licensed as a Physician Assistant in Virginia

• NCCPA certification required for PAs

• BLS required ACLS preferred for PAs

Compensation Range: $110,406.40 - $209,768.00 annually
