MLR is excited to present an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate Respiratory Therapist to join our client's renowned healthcare team near Swisshome, Oregon!

Key Responsibilities for Respiratory Therapist:

• Provide high-quality respiratory care to patients with varying respiratory conditions.
• Administer respiratory treatments and therapies, including oxygen therapy, ventilation management, and airway management.
• Perform assessments to evaluate the patient's respiratory status and develop personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and families on respiratory conditions, treatment options, and wellness strategies.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.

Respiratory Therapist Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted Oregon Respiratory Therapist (RT) license.
• Graduation from an accredited respiratory therapy program required.
• BLS certification required; ACLS and PALS certifications preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Respiratory Therapist in a clinical setting preferred. New graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply.
