Job Description
Within SETI, the office of reception and living conditions (SETI 1) manages the support services of the AC and the ministerial sites. It ensures a quality of service while integrating the challenges of sustainable development and ecological transition. Integrated into the SETI-1 office, the furniture division is responsible for managing furniture and inventories. The deputy head of the division is responsible for: coordinating the equipment of work spaces, optimizing surfaces by managing relocations, monitoring activities and performance with indicators, following the funds of cultural goods outside sites (museums, administrations) and the realization of catalogs, managing and following the restorations of goods and works of style in partnership with external stakeholders (professional high schools, specialized schools), managing and following the donations of reformed furniture of the ministry to public establishments, administrations, and associations, formalizing through files the different mission procedures, and ensuring their application. The holder of the position is placed under the authority of the head of the division, and participates in the management of a team of 6 agents. Internal relations: the other divisions of the office and the other offices of the sub-direction. The AC directions and the cabinets. The "security" managers of the buildings occupied by the AC. External relations: the public procurement providers relevant to the division. Professional high schools and specialized schools in the restoration of goods and works of style.
Required Profile
Technical: participation in the elaboration of the budget programming. Knowledge in public procurement and management control appreciated. Mastery of computer tools (Excel spreadsheets or Open Office...). Ability to manage a "user-client" relationship. Cross-functional: ability to report to his/her hierarchy an event, a situation or an activity orally or in writing. Ability to propose improvements to the modalities of work and the quality of the service provided. Analytical, synthesis and writing skills. Initiative spirit, autonomy. Quality of method, organization and rigor in work. Ability to manage. Responsiveness. Relational: taste and capacity for teamwork and networking. Discretion/diplomacy. Ease of relationship.

Special Conditions of Exercise
Cotation of the position: group 2 Number RenoiRH: E000019017 Teleworking: 1 day per week. Experience in central administration and on the themes "general means" appreciated. Shared office, office equipment (professional telephone). Holder of a B permit. Travel to different sites (Paris, La Dfense, Nanterre).
Legal Basis
This position is open to any competent candidate, whether civil servant or not. The recruitment of a non-civil servant candidate would be on a contractual basis, a priori for a 3-year contract (to be confirmed with the recruiter), after noting the absence of a suitable civil servant candidate (legal basis: 2 of article L.332-2 of the general code of the public service of the State). At the end of the 3-year contract, it is possible to continue in a permanent position or by another 3-year contract, subject to the agreement of the parties.
