We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Manager to oversee our quality assurance and control processes within the manufacturing environment. This role requires a strong understanding of quality management systems and the ability to drive continuous improvement across all operations.

Duties

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in accordance with standards.
• Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Oversee quality control processes, including quality inspection and assurance activities throughout the manufacturing process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in product quality and operational efficiency.
• Manage documentation related to quality systems, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Lead training initiatives for staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Analyze data related to product performance and defects, providing insights for corrective actions.
• Facilitate project management efforts related to quality improvement initiatives.
