About the Overnight Front Desk Agent position First impressions count. To get our guests’ memorable experiences off to an unforgettable start, we’re looking for an Overnight Front Desk Agent who can make transactions feel seamless, offer exceptional local insights, and anticipate every request to make our guests feel right at home. Responsibilities Kicking off truly memorable guest experiences with the warmest of welcomes Acknowledging IHG Rewards Club members and returning guests in person or over the phone Taking, managing, and receiving payments for guest bookings Making the check-in and check-out process feel swift and seamless Staying a step ahead of our guests’ needs to anticipate requests and offer tailored recommendations Being our guests’ trusted contact – helping with everything from bill issues to restaurant recommendations Assisting in running the overnight reports Qualifications Excellent communication skills – approachable and empathetic toward guests’ concerns and compliments Strong problem-solving skills – turning issues into opportunities for great guest memories Fluency in English; additional local language skills are a plus but not essential Literate and tech-savvy – proficient in reading, writing, basic math, and computer usage Compensation Hourly pay rate: $26.79. This rate is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Washington, DC.
