We are seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP)/Caregiver with behavioral care experience to provide one‑on‑one support. This role involves assisting clients with daily needs, offering companionship, and helping them maintain dignity and independence.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and foster meaningful connections

• Assist with personal hygiene and comfort care

• Support light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe environment

• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to client needs

• Offer transportation for outings or appointments

• Provide timely medication reminders

Benefits

• Competitive base pay: $17.00 –$18.25/hour (depending on experience, Dementia Certification, or CNA)

• Training/GUIDE Respite Rate: $17.00/hour

• Raises after 60 days and annual reviews

• Generous bonus after 60 days (20+ hours/week and required documents completed)

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Over 18 years old

• Eligible to work in the United States

• Able to pass a background check

• Experience managing dementia and behavioral conditions
