Small Parts Assembly Associate

Location: Loveland, CO

Schedule: Monday-Thursday (4-Day Work Week!)

Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM - $17/hour
• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 1:00 AM - $18/hour

Join a growing manufacturing team where you'll work with small components to create products used in push-button technology. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys detailed, hands-on work and takes pride in accuracy and quality.

No extensive experience is required. If you have good attention to detail and enjoy working with your hands, we'd love to talk with you!

• Count and sort small metal components
• Assemble and package customer orders accurately
• Perform visual quality inspections
• Use small tools to handle and place parts
• Follow work instructions and quality standards
• Help keep your workstation clean and organized
• Work in a clean, climate-controlled environment

• Enjoys detail-oriented work
• Can stay focused on repetitive tasks
• Is comfortable handling very small parts
• Has experience in assembly, manufacturing, packaging, crafts, or similar hands-on work (preferred but not required)
• Wants to learn new skills and grow within a company
• Has reliable attendance and a strong work ethic

This position is performed in a clean room setting. Employees must follow cleanliness guidelines, including wearing appropriate clothing that minimizes loose fibers.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Windsor, CO.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
