Job Description

Currently seeking Part-time MN licensed nurses. Conduct daily rounds, provide clinical supervision for nursing assistants, administer and document resident's care and treatments appropriately. $2,000 hiring bonus!

Qualifications

• Compliance with all requirements set forth company policy, state/federal regulations and within the company's compliance program.
• The ability to comprehend and follow directions as appropriate given by the company, supervisory personnel and in compliance with physicians orders. Acts as an advocate for the patient.
• Maintain appropriate documentation of services provided in order to meet regulatory requirements, company policy and to ensure reimbursement for services provided.
• Currently licensed in Minnesota as an LPN or RN and in good standing
• Able to anticipate needs of day and prioritizes needs.
• Possess good observation skills.
• Able to be self-directed, yet works well as a team.
• Possess a positive and caring attitude toward residents, co-workers and visitors.
• Demonstrates integrity, good judgement and good communication skills.
