Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications: Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred. About Our Agency We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance. Our office is located in El Segundo. Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Field Executive. We currently have 5 team members at our agency.
