What You'll Do:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to oncology and telemetry patients on a 36-bed unit
• Monitor, assess, and respond to patient needs using advanced telemetry systems and equipment
• Administer medications, including chemotherapy, and manage IV therapies and central lines
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-discharge care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for patient safety and care optimization
• Ensure infection prevention protocols and patient safety standards are continuously maintained
• Float within units of equal or lower acuity to support staffing needs

What You Need:

• Required:
  • Valid RN license in Ohio or applicable state
  • Minimum 2 years of total acute care nursing experience, with at least 1 year in PCU or telemetry
  • Certifications: BCLS, ACLS, NIH
  • Proven skills in dysrhythmia interpretation, IV therapy, invasive line management, and critical care procedures
• Preferred:
  • Oncology or chemotherapy administration experience
  • Experience with complex high-acuity patient care such as PCA management, wound care, and advanced airway management
  • Prior travel or agency experience
