Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT)

Pay Rate: $44-$56 (Based on Experience)

Schedule: Part-Time (16 Hours per Week)

Days: 2 Days per Week

Start Date: July 27, 2026

End Date: May 26, 2027

Work Setting: Onsite

Position Overview:

ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) to join a supportive school team for the 2026–2027 school year. This part-time, onsite position offers an excellent opportunity to provide physical therapy services that help students improve mobility, functional independence, and access to their educational environment.

This is an ideal opportunity for a dedicated Physical Therapist who enjoys collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.

Responsibilities:
Provide physical therapy evaluations and treatment services to students in a school-based setting
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students' IEP goals
Maintain accurate documentation, therapy notes, and progress reports
Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and related service providers to support student success
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Monitor student progress and modify interventions as appropriate
Provide recommendations for adaptive equipment and environmental modifications as needed
Perform all duties expected of a school-based Physical Therapist

Qualifications:
Active state Physical Therapist license required
Previous school-based experience preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Passion for supporting student growth and functional development
