SR Production Technician - Kiefel Weekend Shift (7:00pm - 7:00am)

Senior Production Technician position operating Kiefel machines on a weekend overnight shift (7:00pm-7:00am) at Baxter's Marion, North Carolina facility. Responsible for machine operation, preventative maintenance, quality inspections, and troubleshooting of production equipment in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain assigned Kiefel machines; perform routine preventative maintenance
- Investigate, identify, and resolve or escalate machine performance inefficiencies
- Conduct on-the-job training for other Kiefel Production Technicians
- Execute machine changeovers and document maintenance activities in Maximo system
- Inspect finished product quality, package inter-plant orders, and manage inventory scanning
Requirements
- 2-3 years production technician or manufacturing experience with preventative maintenance
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Proficiency with measurement tools and basic hand tools
- Understanding of complex mechanical and electrical machine systems
- Basic computer skills and English communication abilities
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; pass physical examination
Compensation: $53,996.80 annually
