Your week starts at the Walmart Distribution Center in Shafter, CA, with no-touch loads bound for stores across California and Nevada. Loads run 1 to 5 stops, sometimes with a backhaul into the DC.
Drivers on this fleet average 1,700 miles per week. You get a 34-hour reset weekly, and there's a chance to get home mid-week too.
Lane Details:
- Freight originates at the Walmart DC in Shafter, CA
- Deliveries to various locations throughout CA and NV
- No-touch freight
- 1 to 5 stops per load, with a possible backhaul into the DC
Schedule:
- Shifts start between 3pm and 9pm
- 34-hour reset weekly
- Linehaul drivers are typically off 34-48 hours per week
- Possibility of getting home mid-week
Equipment:
- Sleeper trucks with automatic transmissions
- 53' dry van and reefer trailers

Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- 21 years of age or older
- 3+ months of recent Class A CDL experience
- Reliable transportation to commute to and from work
- This lane is not suitable for students, recent grads, or trainees
