Role, reporting structure, and collaborative support: The Endoscopy GI Lab Nurse Manager will report to a Director of Perioperative and Procedural Services while partnering closely with a Gastroenterology Medical Director to drive operational excellence across pre-, intra-, and post-procedural care. The Endoscopy GI Lab Nurse Manager will guide staffing and scheduling, ensure accreditation readiness, steward budgets and supply chains, elevate infection prevention and sedation standards, and mentor a friendly team of experienced endoscopy nurses, techs, and a diverse group of physicians, anesthesia professionals, and allied health experts dedicated to compassionate, patient-centered GI care.
