Desired Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Illinois
• SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY welcome to apply—support available for clinical fellows
• Previous experience working with elementary-aged children preferred
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt to new environments and swiftly build rapport with educators and young learners

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to elementary students
• Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations as needed
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Work closely with classroom teachers and other school professionals to support student goals
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records
• Facilitate parent and caregiver communication regarding student needs and progress
• Ensure compliance with all school and district policies, as well as state and federal regulations
