With average stays of two to three weeks, you'll build meaningful relationships and witness the difference your care makes in a patient's progress. You will be part of a dynamic rehabilitation team committed to caring for and improving lives every day.Your responsibilities will include:Administering medications and treatments, monitoring responses, and reporting changes promptlyAssisting with mobility, transfers, and activities of daily living (ADLs) to support therapy goals and promote independenceMonitoring vital signs and neurological status to detect changes and respond quicklyDocumenting progress and functional ability to guide care planning and team coordinationEducating and supporting patients and families about recovery milestones, safety, and self-care techniquesWorking closely with nurses, therapists, and physicians to deliver personalized, high-quality careWhat qualifications you will need:Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date(LPN/LVN) Licensed Practical or Vocational NurseDoctors Hospital of Augusta, part of HCA Healthcare, is a 350-bed hospital that provides a wide range of medical services.
