Job Summary

Join a fast-paced warehouse team supporting order fulfillment, inventory, and light assembly. This entry-level role is ideal for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who are ready to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Label products accurately to ensure proper tracking
• Inspect items for quality and accuracy before shipping
• Receive and process incoming freight into inventory systems
• Use RF scanners to track and update inventory
• Assist with basic assembly tasks following instructions
• Load and unload materials safely
• Support inventory counts and stock accuracy
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work on your feet and handle materials throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and take on different tasks

Schedule & Environment

• On-site, swing shift: 9:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
• Warehouse and light production setting with modern equipment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lakeville, MN.

The pay range for this position is $22.75 - $22.75/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Lakeville,MN.
