Service Department Manager - Lead Luxury Auto Team
BENZEL-BUSCH MOTOR.
Benzel-Busch is seeking a Service Department Manager in Englewood, NJ to lead our service advisors and drive a high-performing team in a premium dealership. In this role, you will supervise staffing, optimize appointment scheduling, maintain quality standards, identify revenue opportunities, and ensure accurate documentation while delivering outstanding customer service and dealership success.
