Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dedicated team at Brush Hill Care Center in Milton, Massachusetts. As a PTA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, helping them regain and develop independent living skills together with the rest of our therapy team. Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Responsibilities:
Assist physical therapists with patient treatments and provide high-quality care to our residents
Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions under the supervision of a physical therapist
Implement and modify treatment plans as needed, with guidance from physical therapists
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient progress and treatment plans
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
