Production Supervisor

We’re seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join a stable and growing manufacturing operation. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys leading teams, improving production performance, and working closely with other departments to maintain safety, quality, and efficiency.

What You’ll Do

Lead and develop a production team of approximately 20 employees
Oversee daily production activities, staffing, safety, quality, and efficiency
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs across multiple production processes
Work closely with Maintenance, Quality, and other departments to resolve production issues
Coach employees, provide feedback, and maintain accountability to company standards

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience leading teams of 15+ employees
Manufacturing experience required; food manufacturing strongly preferred
Hands-on leadership style with the ability to hold employees accountable
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
High school diploma or GED required
Basic computer skills and experience with production reporting/KPIs

Schedule & Compensation

Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week
Overtime available for hours worked over 40
