Role Description The Temporary Warehouse Associate role is an on-site position located in St Paul, MN. This role is responsible for receiving, organizing, and storing materials and equipment used in cell tower construction and maintenance projects. Day-to-day tasks include loading and unloading shipments, verifying inventory against packing lists, labeling and staging materials for outbound orders, and maintaining a clean and safe warehouse environment. The Temporary Warehouse Associate may also assist with basic packaging, equipment checks, and preparation of materials for transport to various project sites. This temporary role supports operational efficiency and helps ensure field teams have the supplies they need on time.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform general warehouse tasks, including loading and unloading materials, organizing inventory, and preparing orders for shipment.
• Basic proficiency with inventory control processes and use of warehouse tools or equipment (such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, or similar devices).
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to follow written and verbal instructions safely and accurately.
• Capability to lift and move materials as required, stand for extended periods, and adhere to safety procedures and guidelines.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with warehouse and field teams.
• Prior warehouse, logistics, or construction materials handling experience is helpful but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
