Operational Excellence Inventory Management Maintain proper inventory levels and help implement FIFO practices to reduce waste. Support regular inventory checks and stock management routines. Banking and Accounting Assist with cash handling, register balancing, and deposit preparation with accuracy and accountability. Use store systems effectively and help train team members on technology tools. Help troubleshoot technical issues to ensure minimal disruption to operations. Autonomy and Initiative Actively take ownership of delegated responsibilities and daily store functions. Identify and resolve operational issues proactively. Encourage team responsibility and independence in their roles. Adaptability and Continuous Improvement Adapt quickly to changes in store procedures or company initiatives. Qualifications 1–2 years of retail experience, with some supervisory or keyholder responsibility preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills.
