Clinical Director - Autism Services

Oversee the daily clinical operations of the outpatient autism services program. Develop, oversee, and implement individualized treatment programming aligned with patient treatment plan goals. Provide clinical supervision to Associate Clinical Directors, BCBA/clinical staff, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and Behavior Therapists. Oversee patient intake, evaluations, assessments, treatment planning, and required clinical documentation. Ensure effective implementation of behavior management strategies and intervention plans. Clinical Director - Autism Services Location: Tampa, FL Job Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily clinical operations of the outpatient autism services program. Develop, oversee, and implement individualized treatment programming aligned with patient treatment plan goals. Provide clinical supervision to Associate Clinical Directors, BCBA/clinical staff, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and Behavior Therapists. Oversee patient intake, evaluations, assessments, treatment planning, and required clinical documentation. Ensure effective implementation of behavior management strategies and intervention plans. Minimum Qualifications Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience working with individuals across the lifespan with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), including young and school-aged children, using ABA programming. Minimum 2 years of supervisory or clinical leadership experience. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification/licensure required. Required Skills Strong clinical leadership and staff supervision skills. Advanced knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and autism treatment programming. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with children, parents/families, schools, and other healthcare professionals. Strong organizational, delegation, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to manage multiple clinical priorities in a fast-paced outpatient environment.
