Description:
The CNA provides basic activities of daily living (ADLs) and assists with data collection under the direction of the registered nurse.
The CNA assists with inpatient care throughout nursing areas.
The CNA is responsible for the safe transport of patients via wheelchair or stretcher.
The CNA documents services appropriately.
The CNA provides observation for any patient in a care unit who has been assessed to require constant observation to maximize safety.
The CNA assists as needed with general receptionist and clerical duties to facilitate the efficient functioning of the nursing unit.
Six months of experience in acute care or long-term care is required.
