Job title – Salesforce Service Cloud Developer Client Location – United State Remote work offering – 100% Client Industry – Technology / SaaS Contract Length – 12 months Contract type – Freelance / C2C Project focus: You will be working on enhancing a Salesforce Service Cloud environment focused on improving customer support operations. The role involves building scalable solutions, streamlining case management processes, and integrating Salesforce with external platforms to create a seamless support experience.
