Clinical Supervisor

LaSante Health Center is seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Supervisor (LCSW or LMHC) to join our growing mental health clinic. This role combines direct patient care with clinical leadership, offering the opportunity to shape high-quality behavioral health services while mentoring and supporting a team of therapists. We are looking for a clinician who is both a strong therapist and an engaged leader, with a commitment to clinical excellence, documentation quality, and meaningful patient care. Key Responsibilities • Provide individual and group clinical supervision to LMSWs, supporting their professional development • Maintain a caseload of approximately 10-15 patients per week • Dedicate approximately 10 hours per week to supervision and staff support • Review clinical documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards • Train and guide therapists on best practices in treatment planning, documentation, and patient engagement • Support a culture of accountability, quality, and continuous improvement Qualifications • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) License Mental Health Counselor in New York State required • Experience providing clinical supervision to therapists • Strong understanding of mental health documentation and regulatory expectations • Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills • Ability to balance clinical care with leadership responsibilities Position Details • Hybrid schedule (combination of in-person and remote work) • Approximately 10-15 clinical sessions per week • Approximately 10 hours per week dedicated to supervision • Opportunity to play a key role in shaping a growing behavioral health program Compensation Salary: $95,000 – $115,000+ annually
