Concierge

Concierge Position at AMLI River North

AMLI Residential is currently hiring a professional, service-driven Concierge to join our luxury community at AMLI River North. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on delivering exceptional customer service and enjoys being the go-to resource for residents in a fast-paced, urban environment. The Concierge provides high-level assistance to residents and guests, ensuring a welcoming experience while supporting day-to-day service needs. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and expert knowledge of local services, vendors, and amenities.

Key Responsibilities

• Build rapport with residents and respond to requests in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner
• Research, coordinate, and schedule resident services, including:
• Grocery delivery and relocation services
• Vehicle services (repair, washes, appointments)
• Dry cleaning pickup/delivery
• TV setup, wall mounting, and home services
• Transportation accommodations (airport transfers, rentals, taxis, limousines)
• Make reservations and arrangements for:
• Restaurants, events, and game tickets
• Floral orders
• Vet, kennel, and travel accommodations
• Manage amenity and penthouse reservations
• Receive and coordinate package deliveries (FedEx, UPS, etc.)
• Manage the Luxer package system, including daily audits
• Develop and distribute a daily resident newsletter
• Maintain up-to-date merchant, vendor, and service contact lists
• Coordinate with the onsite property management team to resolve requests and follow up on issues
• Assist with special resident requests as needed

Additional Expectations

• Maintain a professional appearance at all times
• Participate in AMLI volunteer and community activities
• Support other AMLI communities when needed

Schedule

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Tuesday Saturday schedule

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience required
• Previous concierge or hospitality experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of the local area, services, merchants, and attractions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and internet research
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
• Occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds or more
• Ability to use standard office equipment and computer systems
