Foreman / Journeyman Plumber Location: Garland, TX / North Texas Employment Type: Full-Time Company: NTD Mechanical, a Kelso Industries company Position Overview We’re looking for an experienced Foreman / Journeyman Plumber to join our growing team and to support our expanding project portfolio across North Texas. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys a fast-paced construction environment and takes pride in mentoring others, guiding teams, coordinating field operations, and delivering exceptional work quality. You’ll play a key role in the successful execution of plumbing installations on commercial and industrial projects across DFW and North Texas. What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities) Lead and coordinate plumbing crews to ensure productivity, quality, and safety on job sites. Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to plan and execute installations. Install, repair, and maintain piping systems, fixtures, and related equipment for water, gas, drainage, and other plumbing systems. Work closely with project managers, superintendents, and other trades to meet project timelines. Perform quality inspections and troubleshoot system issues as needed. Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national plumbing codes. Train and mentor apprentices and less experienced plumbers. Maintain accurate records of materials, hours, and project progress. Promote and enforce company safety policies and procedures. What You’ll Bring (Qualifications) Current Texas Journeyman or Master Plumber License (required). 5+ years of commercial or industrial plumbing experience. 1-3 years in a foreman or lead role preferred. Strong understanding of plumbing codes, drawings, and schematics. Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate with multiple trades. Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
