PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY: Under the direction of the Customer Service & Warehouse Manager, responsible for ensuring our products are shipped in a timely manner.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.

• Receive and record incoming orders while checking for damage & weight discrepancy
• Pick and process orders to be shipped
• Utilize RF scanners in order to process
• Process orders via UPS, FedEx, and Freight
• Follow proper procedures for hazardous material shipping, safety, and housekeeping
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by keeping pallets, boxes, and stacked items in proper locations and removing empty boxes, pallets, and shrink film from the warehouse
• Operate material handling equipment – hand jacks, seated forklifts, and standing forklifts
• Help train other members of the shipping team
• Other responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

· Previous warehouse/material handling experience

· Forklift certification or ability to become certified

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

· Ability to drive a forklift or become certified

· Computer skills for shipping UPS, FedEx, and freight

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible environment

· Team player, but able to work with minimum guidance
