Tradeshow & Events Specialist

At Mammotome, part of Danaher’s portfolio, you will play an essential role in advancing breast cancer diagnostics. As a Tradeshow & Events Specialist, you will plan, execute, and manage national and regional tradeshows, physician education events, roadshows, product user meetings, and product spotlight events. In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To Drive the event planning process, delivering end‑to‑end integrated tradeshow and event experiences, including identifying goals and objectives, measuring metrics for return on investment, and handling budgets. Plan, coordinate, and oversee all national and regional tradeshows, physician and product education events, roadshows, and user meetings, acting as both planner and project coordinator to ensure successful execution. Provide HCP documentation and Sunshine Act reporting. Create standard work, processes, and systems for all tradeshows and events, working closely with Product Managers and the Sales team to ensure accurate content representation. Analyze event results and use findings to develop and implement continuous‑improvement recommendations. The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field. 2+ years experience in event planning, physician education, training, or related equivalent experience. Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements Ability to travel up to 40% of the time for on‑site event coordination; travel needs vary by season (Spring 40%, Winter/Fall 25‑30%, Summer 10‑20%). Overnight domestic and international trips ranging from 1 to 7 days. It Would Be A Plus If You Also Possess Previous Experience In Medical device, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry event experience. Professional physician education coordination. Compensation & Benefits Annual salary range: $75,000 to $85,000, with potential bonus/incentive pay. Benefits include paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k) eligibility.
