What You’ll Do: Knock on residential and commercial doors to offer free quotes Educate property owners on the value of power washing services Build rapport and overcome objections with confidence and professionalism Close sales and schedule jobs using our simple quoting process Track leads, follow up with potential clients, and hit daily/weekly goals Represent the MPWS brand with energy and pride What You Get: $8/hr + 7% commission during training (first 30 days or $5,000 in sales) After that? Commission escalates up to 20% , with hourly bumps up to $20/hr Monthly bonuses up to $6,000 Annual bonuses as high as $75,000 , plus paid vacations and even a company car for top producers Paid sales training and ongoing mentorship High-growth environment – we’re actively developing future sales managers What You Need: 18+ years old with a valid ID Strong communication skills and the ability to think on your feet Drive and resilience —you’ll hear "no" a lot, and you won’t let it stop you Able to walk for hours and work independently outdoors Coachability—we’ll train you, but it’s up to you to run with it Previous sales experience is great but not required Why This Job Is Different: This is not a desk job.
