Commissions Associate

One of Insight Global’s top insurance service client is looking for a commissions associate. They will be responsible for accurately managing and recording the agency’s incoming direct bill commissions. Ensure timely reconciliation of commission statements, maintain accurate financial records within the agency management system, and help support overall accounting operations. The position requires strong attention to detail, effective communication with staff, carriers, and brokers, and consistent adherence to agency workflows and standards. Reliability and adherence to established procedures are essential, as the position plays a key part in supporting financial integrity across the organization. Regular and reliable attendance is essential for success in this role.
