Service Support Associate

Overview Position: Service Support Representative Duration: Long term contract Base pay range: $18.00/hr - $21.00/hr Pay: $18-21/hr This role involves assisting Bayer external customers and Bayer Field Teams, handling customer calls, inquiries, and part order processing, supporting resolution of customer inquiries regarding parts and service dispatch, and maintaining data accurately in SAP and CRM systems. Responsibilities Facilitate resolution of customer/field issues Use SAP and CRM systems to handle customer/field calls and requests via phone, CRM, email, etc. Manage customer calls and part order processes Provide dispatch services and manage Dispatch console for the field Qualifications Associate’s Degree in business or technical discipline with 6 months of experience in call centers, customer relations/facing, or relevant experience OR Bachelor’s Degree in business or technical discipline with 10 years of overall experience Willingness to learn Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written, and oral communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Work relationships Field Teams, Customers, Field Service, Logistics, Trainer, Credit and Collections, Regulatory, Legal, IT/SAP Support Accountability & Impact Works under defined processes and supervision Marginal decision-making ability Benefits & Compensation Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance.
