You will lead a high-performing team responsible for supporting the end-to-end account lifecycle, from onboarding and servicing through to renewal, while driving continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and strategic change across the business.This is a unique opportunity to build your knowledge and experience for the future in a supportive environment where your voice matters. All hiring decisions are reviewed and made by qualified hiring professionals.Zurich follows a hybrid work model requiring three days per week of in-person presence, which may include time in the office or market-facing engagements.Job Qualifications - What you bring to the table• Bachelor’s degree and 6 or more years of experience in the Insurance, Underwriting, or Market Facing areaOR • Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice, including Associate Degree, and 6 or more years of experience in the Insurance, Underwriting, or Market Facing areaOR • High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8 or more years of experience in the Insurance, Underwriting, or Market Facing areaAND • Knowledge of the insurance industry and the legal and regulatory environment• Experience researching, compiling, analyzing, and synthesizing data and metrics• Experience working in a production and metrics-driven performance environment• Experience preparing and managing operational budgets• Proficiency with Microsoft Office• People management experiencePreferred:• Previous people management experience.• Strong verbal and written communication skills.• Knowledge of insurance programs and MGAs• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite and spreadsheet/database skills.• Strong organization and multitasking skills.At Zurich Canada, we are committed to pay equity. We determine compensation based on objective criteria such as skills, experience, and internal equity. The salary range for this position is $98,000 - $148,000. This range reflects the expected pay for the role across Canada and may vary depending on factors like office location, specific responsibilities, and individual qualifications.
