Marathon Staffing is hiring Production Packers to support a fast-paced production environment. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in quality, and want to be part of a team, we’d love to hear from you.

Pack and prepare products according to established guidelines
Inspect items for accuracy and quality
Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
Meet production and productivity expectations
Work collaboratively with team members to keep operations running smoothly

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Strong attention to detail
Reliable attendance and a positive, team-focused attitude
Comfort working in a production setting
