Hybrid Medical Billing Specialist (Hybrid) — Phoenix, AZ

A-Line Staffing is hiring a  Hybrid Medical Billing Specialist (Hybrid)to support a busy accounts receivable / revenue cycle team with invoicing, payment posting, and customer follow-up. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a hybrid schedule after training.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $25.00/hr (W2)
• Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Work model: Hybrid
• • First 1–2 weeks: fully onsite for training
  • After training: typically 3 days onsite / 2 days remote (office days are flexible)

Location Options

• Phoenix, AZ (primary onsite location for this posting)
• Also available in  Nashville, TN (for candidates local to that office)

What You’ll Do (Hybrid Medical Billing Specialist)

• Process customer invoicing and other revenue cycle / AR administrative tasks
• Post and record payments/checks accurately and consistently
• Communicate with customers to collect past-due payments
• Use billing/RCM systems to research and resolve invoice discrepancies
• Answer calls professionally and support the team as needed
• Assist with project-based assignments and backup coverage

What We’re Looking For (Hybrid Medical Billing Specialist)

• High school diploma (accounting experience required; Bachelor’s in Accounting preferred)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable working independently; detail-oriented and organized
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel/Outlook, etc.)
• Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience preferred
• Traits that do well here: self-starter, investigative/inquisitive, team-oriented
