Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time opportunity runs from August through June 2027 and focuses on helping K-5 students achieve their communication goals. Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Pennsylvania SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Valid ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required, but Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply
• Experience working with K-5 school-aged children preferred
• Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and therapy documentation
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Adaptable and compassionate approach to meeting individual student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech and language therapy services to elementary students
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) aligned with state and district requirements
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to implement strategies and track student progress
• Maintain compliance with documentation, progress notes, and reporting
• Participate in professional meetings and contribute to student success through multi-disciplinary teamwork
