Position Overview: As a Sales Associate at Boucheron, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, nurturing client relationships and ensuring store excellence. You will represent the most stylish and cutting edge French High Jewelry Maison with elegance, expertise and a commitment to exceptional service. Your primary responsibilities will encompass sales execution, clienteling initiatives and store operations.

BASE SALARY: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

Sales Execution:

• Drive sales by providing personalized service to clients, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate jewelry pieces.
• Utilize in-depth product knowledge to showcase Boucheron's exquisite collections and communicate the brand's heritage, craftsmanship, and unique value proposition.
• Meet and exceed sales targets through effective upselling, cross-selling, product demonstration techniques and team spirit.
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Act as an ambassador of Boucheron upholding the rules, regulations, and reputation of the brand

Clienteling Initiatives:

• Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients through attentive service, follow-up communications, and personalized experiences.
• Proactively engage with existing clients to understand their preferences, occasions, and milestones, anticipating their needs and preferences.
• Utilize CRM tools effectively to track client interactions, preferences, and purchase history, enabling targeted outreach and relationship management.
• Identify and pursue business development opportunities to expand the store client base and market presence.

Retail Operations:

• Ensure excellence of retail operations
• Participate actively on transversal store activities (VM, stock management, POS systems)
• Make sure to follow and respect guidelines to ensure compliant process and store security

Qualifications and Skills:

• 3 years of proven experience in luxury retail sales, preferably within the jewelry or high-end fashion industry.
• Exceptional sales acumen with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationship and credibility with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent communication skills, story-telling, both verbal and written, with fluency in multiple languages preferred.
• Proficiency in CRM software and very important clienteling skills.
• Engaged, results-oriented, team spirit and adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
