Program Coordinator

Supporting business operations and strategic initiatives, the remote Business Operations Program Coordinator will manage recurring business rhythms, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and maintain critical team resources in a fast-paced technology environment. Key responsibilities Manage recurring business rhythms, leadership meetings, and operational cadences, including agendas and follow-up Provide program administration and coordination for strategic initiatives across multiple workstreams Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and program governance materials Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in program management, project management, or a closely related discipline 3+ years of experience supporting business operations and/or executive stakeholders 2+ years of hands-on experience with SharePoint administration and knowledge management Demonstrated experience managing recurring business rhythms and governance forums Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
