Employee Health & Benefits Client Service Specialist

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) offers a role as an Employee Health & Benefits Client Service Specialist in Kennesaw, GA. The position requires a minimum of a high school diploma, proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong communication, and the ability to commute at least three days per week. A day in the life Process new and renewal business within timelines and quality standards, updating client management system. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal contacts. Provide clients with timely plan information, rates, contributions, and carrier contacts. Set up policy notebooks, assemble proposals and presentations for client and prospect meetings. Address and resolve client questions and issues. Assist in preparing new and renewal proposals, stewardship reports, service plans, comparisons, and creative presentations. Support service and production teams in achieving agency revenue and retention goals. Maintain daily client processing functions such as endorsements, policies, audits, cancellations, and ID card issuance. Assist with marketing activities as needed. Track and monitor claims (if applicable). Document member and client communications in the client management services tool. Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, direct bill, accounting discrepancies, and other communications for internal and client use. Assist clients with claims resolution. Participate in company-sponsored seminars, training workshops, and webinars. Perform additional duties assigned by management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational and project skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Responsive, urgent, and professional behavior in all matters. Ability to prioritize work to complete critical and sensitive tasks on time. Capability to respond quickly to client requests and provide appropriate information. Accountability for the quality of work. Additional qualifications (preferred) 3–5 years of industry-specific experience. Lines-of-business designations. College or advanced degree.
