is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our established and growing outpatient Sleep Medicine Clinic in beautiful Portland, Oregon.

Opportunity Highlights

36 patient contact hours per week
Minimal call
In-person and telehealth patient care
Employed position with a stable health system

Responsibilities
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with a variety of sleep disorders, including sleep apnea, insomnia, hypersomnia, and related conditions
Review sleep study results and develop treatment plans in collaboration with Sleep Medicine physicians
Manage PAP therapy (CPAP/BiPAP), including initiation, follow-up, compliance monitoring, and therapy adjustments
Provide medication management and patient education
Partner with referring providers, sleep technologists, and interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes and access to care

Qualifications
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Oregon license (or ability to obtain)
Eligible for credentialing and medical staff privileges
Sleep Medicine experience preferred, but qualified candidates with relevant clinical backgrounds are encouraged to apply
