What You’ll Do with Our Training and Your Experience Participate in our Recruit Awesome People program to grow Convergint by promoting a colleague-first culture and referring talent to Talent Acquisition and hiring managers. Install, program, test, repair, and service a variety of non-routine systems and equipment for drive-up, locksmith, and electronic projects, ATM/TCR. Systems include drive-up equipment, deal drawers, and audio/video equipment related to drive-up banking; repair or replace damaged components of remote units. Work on larger projects with greater complexity as needed. Troubleshoot, repair, and replace components of remote, audio, and video equipment. Install, configure, and support network systems for assigned projects. Perform preventative maintenance as needed. Mentor less experienced staff. Handle moderately complex installations for remote units, including alert systems. Install new units with final connections, testing, and training. Respond to moderately complex customer service calls, maintenance calls, and emergency/after-hours service calls promptly. Manage work of moderate scope and complexity, with some need for originality. Identify potential project challenges and assist in cost and schedule management strategies. Inspect completed work for conformance to specifications and manufacturer requirements; escalate only the most complex issues. Estimate cost, time, and materials for replacement equipment. Clean, maintain, adjust, calibrate, and service equipment used in duties. Follow state/local regulations and company health and safety policies; troubleshoot and resolve problems in malfunctioning equipment or software. Represent Convergint as a top service provider and uphold a professional image in appearance and behavior. Collaborate with team members to improve operations and provide feedback on customer satisfaction, product performance, and installation techniques. Stay informed on company policies and pursue continuous improvement. Performs other duties as required. What You’ll Need Strong knowledge of drive-up, locking, and electronic systems in the banking industry. Strong knowledge of DVRs and NVRs connected to remote systems. Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems. Customer focus – ability to meet customer needs and expectations. Advanced oral and written communication skills. Adaptability – responds effectively to changing situations.
