OVERVIEW

AtOrion, we are seeking a Clinical Analyst with a focus on Lab Domain, to supportstakeholders by documenting technology requirements, mapping Lab products tostandards, and collaborating with vendors and clinical teams to ensure seamlessintegration and performance of lab applications. This opportunity will serve asa subject matter expert in lab data quality and interoperability.

OPPORTUNITY

6-month contract-to-hire; Partially Remote with minimal travel (U.S. – Central Time Zone)

SALARY

$80,000 – $90,000 W2 plus benefits

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Work with stakeholders to assesscurrent and future lab technology needs. Design projects involving Lab systemsintegration across multiple platforms. Drive improvement activities aligned with departmental and organizational goals. Collaborate with technical andfunctional teams to remediate system issues and ensure consistency andoptimization of deliverables. Identify and recommend process improvements. Escalate unresolved process andproject issues. Understand and articulate the interdependencies/orchestration and related workflows of Lab products. Participate in cross-functionaldiscussions for developing and implementing new processes, standards andhigh-level requirements for Lab products. Participate in lifecycle/productmanagement activities such as application inventory maintenance, product roadmaps, and identification of Lab applications standards.

KEY EXPERIENCE

5+ years of hands-onexperience in clinical laboratory settings (Med Tech or similar). Clinical Lab Technician (CLT) backgroundwith certifications in Epic (preferred), Cerner, Meditech, or Sunquest. Product lifecycle management experience specific to lab applications (Epic Beaker, CernerPathNet). Experience with LISimplementations and vendor relationships (LabCorp, Sunquest, Meditech,Allscripts). Experience with vendor coordination utilizing Google Suite and/or other project management tools (ServiceNow,Smartsheet). Experience navigatingelectronic medical records (EMRs) including connectivity and middlewareprojects. Knowledge of servers, firewalls, IP addresses, and security assessments. Proven ability to workindependently in a fast-paced, remote environment and demonstrates adaptabilitywhile balancing multiple priorities. Bachelor degree preferred or equivalent experience considered.
