Registered Nurse - Night Shift

This position requires a night shift schedule from 7 PM to 7 AM.

The Registered Nurse practices independently in a clinical setting, providing both routine and complex care to patients. The nurse is responsible for managing various aspects of patient care, developing long-range goals, and making appropriate assignments to assist in clinical management.

Utilize the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for assigned patients.

Address complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families based on their level of practice.

Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols and monitor for side effects and treatment effectiveness.

Document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided.

Assess learning needs and provide education to patients, family members, and caregivers; identify issues and resources as necessary.

Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing preferred.

Minimum of 1 year experience in a related nursing specialty preferred.

BLS certification from AHA required.

Active RN License in the state of employment or compact.
