As BHN continues to expand across Massachusetts, with an increasing presence in Central Massachusetts, we are seeking an HR Coordinator to help deliver a seamless candidate and new employee experience across our growing organization. What You Will Do Coordinate all aspects of pre-employment and onboarding, ensuring required documentation, credentials, and compliance requirements are completed before each new employee starts. Serve as a key point of contact for applicants and new employees, providing timely guidance regarding hiring status, orientation schedules, onboarding requirements, and required documentation. Support recruitment through phone screens, reference checks, interview scheduling, career fairs, community outreach, and candidate follow-up. Maintain accurate HR, applicant tracking, and onboarding records while supporting audits, document management, orientation logistics, and additional Human Resources initiatives. Who You Are High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field preferred Prior experience in an HR support role required, with working knowledge of HR practices, recruitment, onboarding, and confidentiality requirements Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and customer service skills with the ability to work effectively with applicants, employees, managers, and community partners Proficiency with Microsoft Office, HRIS, applicant tracking, and onboarding systems; reliable transportation is required for statewide recruitment events and organizational functions We Hire for HEART!
